When you request or purchase services from Olympic Parking Signs, we may collect information such as:

We may also create and maintain information associated with your reservation, such as booking or review reference numbers, permit information, payment status, installation and pickup records, and service photographs.

When you use Message Our Team, we collect the contact information and message you choose to provide so that we can respond to your inquiry.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage reservations
• Identify and plan the requested curb space
• Prepare or manage applicable City paperwork
• Install and remove temporary no-parking signs
• Process payments and maintain transaction records
• Communicate with you about your reservation or inquiry
• Provide permits, Public Notices, and other service-related documents
• Review Short-Notice or other requests that require staff review
• Maintain records of services performed
• Prevent misuse and help protect our website and services
• Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and business obligations

We do not currently use customer information to send marketing emails or text messages.

Payments

Payments are processed using Stripe.

Payment-card information is entered through Stripe’s payment interface. Olympic Parking Signs does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

We may retain transaction information associated with a payment, such as payment identifiers, amount, tax, payment status, refund information, payment date, customer email, and booking reference.

Maps and Address Information

We use third-party mapping and address services to provide address search, maps, curb selection, and related features.

When you use these features, information such as an address search, map location, or curb coordinates may be processed as necessary to provide the feature.

The customer-facing website does not request your device’s precise physical location. Selecting or entering a service address is different from sharing your device location.

Email Communications

We use a third-party email delivery provider to send service-related communications, including reservation, payment, permit, installation, document-request, and other customer messages.

Information necessary to send those communications—such as your email address, name, reservation information, service address, message, or service documents—may be processed by that provider.

Documents and Service Photos

If you provide a Public Notice or another document needed for your service, we may store that document with your reservation.

Olympic Parking Signs may also retain permit documents and photographs associated with installation or removal of signs as part of our service records.

Customer document-upload links are designed for private access and may expire.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Olympic Parking Signs does not currently use third-party advertising pixels, behavioral advertising trackers, or public-site analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

We do not currently use customer information for remarketing or behavioral advertising.

Administrative portions of our system may use browser storage as necessary for authorized staff access and operational features.

If our use of analytics, advertising, cookies, or similar technologies changes, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing our services, maintaining business and payment records, resolving questions or disputes, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or other obligations.
